If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, The BBSSSA will gladly refund you in full. In order for this to take place, please follow the below instructions:
- All unwanted items must be given to the Broken Bay Team Manager at the event OR returned to school sports coordinators, in NEW condition within 14 days. All tags must still be affixed and the garment unwashed.
- The Broken Bay Team Manager or School Sports Coordinator will inform the Broken Bay President that the items are unwanted. They will arrange to dispatch the items back to the head office.
- The Broken Bay President will inform the accounts department to credit you via the method of payment used for the purchase.
- You should expect the funds to be reimbursed to you within 2 weeks of returning the items.
If you need a different size, The BBSSSA will make every attempt to accommodate your request. In order for a new size to be arranged, please follow the below instructions:
- Inform the Broken Bay Team Manager at your event that the size is incorrect.
- In most cases we will be able to swap your size at the event.
- If we cannot accommodate your size at the event, you will be asked to provide a postal address for the correct size to be sent to you.
- You can expect the item to be posted to you within 10 days of returning the incorrect size.
